When should I get to the meeting point? Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of the tour

How much walking is there? The tour is 2km long with possibilities to sit on the way
What is the cancellation policy? Cancellations are fully refundable up to 48H before the tour. NO REFUNDS past this limit, for delays of +15min and No shows.
