This tour is a historical tour taking place in the former “revolutionaries” neighborhood in Saint-Germain-des-prés, and on the City's island where major events of the French Revolution happened. You will learn more about the leaders of the revolution and their motivations but also about the royal family's response. What led French people to behead their king and queen and proclaim the first republic? As you walk in the narrow cobbled streets at night, you will understand better today's political system and values in France while discovering some hidden gems on your way...
